The gap
Your infrastructure is described, not modeled.
Dashboards and data lakes render the past in static tables. They can tell you a circuit degraded at 02:14. They cannot tell you which services were leaning on it, why the failover did not hold, or what to change.
So the working model lives in people. It gets rebuilt by hand, under pressure, across a dozen consoles, by whoever happens to be awake.
What we're building
A causal operations layer.
A live model of the objects in your environment, how they relate, and how cause moves between them — one that people and AI can query, and then write governed action back through.
Your infrastructure
Networks, sites, and services, plus the systems of record that hold them
The causal model
Objects, the links between them, and the cause and effect that travels along those links
Operators and agents
The people who are accountable, and the AI working alongside them
Not another pane of glass. A system that can answer why something happened, and then change it.
The model
Objects, links, and actions.
Three primitives, defined once, that everything downstream is built from.
Object
The things that actually exist in your environment, each with a type, an owner, and a state you can read.
site · circuit · service · device
Link
How those things hold each other up, so cause has somewhere to travel when one of them moves.
service ──depends on──▶ circuit
Action
Governed operations that change the environment, carrying their own permissions and leaving their own record.
permissioned · reviewed · logged
Why it matters
What a model buys you that a dashboard cannot.
Answer why, then change it
The model carries cause, so it can explain an incident instead of charting it. The same model runs the fix and writes the change back to the system of record, with the trail attached.
A surface AI can act on safely
Agents get typed, permissioned access to real operations rather than a search index over documents. They work inside the same rules as your people, and every action is attributable.
Review before reality
Changes proposed by a person or an agent are staged, diffed, and reviewed before they reach production. Operations get the safety net that code already has.
Define it once
A site, a circuit, a service — described in one place and reused everywhere downstream. No two teams reporting different numbers for the same thing, and the second use case costs a fraction of the first.
Built for
The people who get paged.
Network, reliability, and security leaders running infrastructure with physical consequences — accountable for a system that nobody can currently see whole.
Early access
We're taking on design partners.
If you run infrastructure at scale and want to shape what this becomes, leave an address. A person replies — there's no list and no sequence.
